The Salon d’Automne is a significant venue for the development of modern art in Europe. It was created in 1903, in Paris, thanks to the goodwill of several artists fighting against a powerful academicism that existed at that time. Over the last 100 years, its exhibitors have been witnesses of the emergence of the most important artistic movements of the century including: Fauvism, Surrealism, Cubism, Abstract art etc.

Kacey has been a participant in this annual salon since 2022. Art Capital is a fair that brings together four emblematic art fairs at Grand Palais: the Salon des Artistes Indépendants, the Salon des Artistes Français, the Salon Comparaisons and the Salon du Dessin et de la Peinture à l'Eau. The aim is to put the spotlight on emerging and established artists, and to introduce these contemporary creators to the general public.

Established by the National Society of Fine Arts, Salon Des Beaux Arts celebrated its 160th year since 1862. This salon played a key part in Kacey’s first major appearance in the European art scene & introduced Kacey to a group of supportive European artists that played a constructive role in supporting Kacey’s ongoing art journey. She was one of the few Chinese representatives who entered as a finalist.
