ABOUT THE ARTIST

Kacey Ko (b. 1970) is an acclaimed artist from Hong Kong and member of the Société des Artistes Indépendants in France. She made her first Salon debut in Paris in 2022 representing China at Salon des Beaux Arts, and has since taken part in other major Salons including Salon de’Automne and Salon des Indépendants (Art Capital). Kacey’s work is about creating a medium for introspection and an invitation to reconnect with our inner state of calmness, vibrancy and wholeness. Influenced by her unique experiences with Chinese philosophies of change (Yijing) and her fascination with textures and colours of western oil paint, she reinterprets the conception of east-meets-west through her practice.

Kacey has exhibited internationally at venues such as Grand Palais and Carrousel du Louvre in Paris, Leonardo da Vinci Museum in Rome and Palazzo Bembo in Venice. Her works were featured at Art Miami during Miami Art Week in 2024. In Asia, she has also shown in Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, and Hong Kong, where she held her first solo exhibition in 2021 at JCCAC. Kacey’s work is collected internationally by private collectors and institutions such as the Leonardo da Vinci Museum in Rome.
